“The experience was smooth and stress-free. The Bacio staff were very attentive, readily available to help with whatever needs came up, and were able to do so without needing too much direction and guidance from us. They were punctual, professional, respectful and enjoyable!
The food was fresh and wonderfully flavorful. It was nice that they had a variety of options to meet all of our likes and needs. The menu had traditional options partnered with Bacio's unique style and flavor. Sampling the food was also not only a fun experience, but a good way for us to determine the best combination for our party.
We appreciated the attention to detail as the beautiful displays were set up, the professional manner in which they conducted their services, and their flexibility working with us at our unique venue that consisted of limited power, no cell reception, and uneven terrain. They went above and beyond on numerous occasions and made it a personal, one of a kind experience for us and our guests. It felt like they were part of the family. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, smiling, had great attitudes and a calm energy. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with.
